Meet John Brothers, D.D.S., M.D.

Dr. John T. Brothers is a dual degree Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon.  He grew in the Seattle suburbs and graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of science degree in Biology.  Dr. Brothers obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of California, San Francisco and then went on to receive his Medical Degree (MD) from the University of Texas, Southwestern.

Dr. Brothers completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the prestigious University of Texas, Southwestern program in Dallas.  At UTSW, his rotations included rigorous training in General Surgery, Adult and Pediatric Anesthesia, and full-scope Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery serving the greater Dallas-Fort Worth community.  He was Chief Resident at Parkland Memorial Hospital, Children’s Medical Center, John Peter Smith Hospital, and the largest Veterans Administration Hospital in the country.

Dr. Brothers’ clinical interests include trauma, orthognathic jaw surgery, pathology, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery, and advanced implant dental rehabilitation.  In his free time, Dr. Brothers enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and exploring the great outdoors of Southern California.
